INGREDIENTS:
1 whole (800g) Fish
1 tsp Tamarind Paste
2-3 cloves Garlic - pounded
1-2 tsp Chili Oil
2 Tomatoes*
Basil Leaves* (* chopped)
Salt & Sugar
METHOD:
1. Rub fish with salt & tamarind paste.
Place it in a steamer plate.
2. Heat up 2 tsp oil & stir-fry garlic until fragrant.
Add in chili oil, tomatoes, salt & sugar.
Add in few tbs water & stir until tomatoes are soften.
Add in basil leaves.
3. Pour on top of fish & steamed 10-15 min until cooked.
4. Serve with white rice.

Along beli ikan segar kat pasar dan tentu nya sedap di kukus....
BAHAN2:
1 ekor (800g) Ikan
1 st Asam Jawa
2-3 ulas Bwg Putih - tumbuk
1-2 st Cili Oil
2 bj Tomato*
Daun Selasih* (* cincang)
Garam & Gula
CARA2:
1. Lumur ikan dgn garam & asam jawa.
Letakkan di dlm pinggan pengukus.
2. Panaskan2 st minyak & tumis bwg putih sehingga wangi.
Masukkan cili oil, tomato, garam & gula.
Masukkan beberapa sudu air & masak sehingga tomato lembut & hancur.Letakkan di dlm pinggan pengukus.

Masukkan cili oil, tomato, garam & gula.
Masukkan daun selasih.
3. Tuangkan ke atas ikan & kukus 10-15 min sehingga masak.
4. Hidangkan dgn nasi putih.
